Studio MILO studia e sviluppa ex novo il progetto per il parco di Can Bella a Ibiza, ricavando cinque aree che rispondessero alle molteplici necessità di fruizione. Dalla main entrance – da cui si accede all’area parcheggi – si dipana un doppio percorso pedonale che si dirige e circonda l’abitazione. La zona frontale è suddivisa in pool, barbecue e play area, dove sono predisposti pergolati sotto i quali rilassarsi ammirando il magnifico scorcio sul mare. Una parte destinata ai più piccoli – messa in sicurezza – è stata resa pianeggiante, diventando così ben visibile dal bordo piscina e dalla zona relax, luogo preferito degli adulti.

Studio MILO has been called to reshape and design the landscape of a beautiful villa in the north part of Ibiza.
Following the client briefing, five new macro areas have been designed to respond to the different requests and usage of the property. From the gate, a fluid double path shaped around the existing woodland leads the visitor to the main entrance while the front part of the villa hosts the pool area with its Eco- Friendly bamboo pergolas, a circular barbecue built with local stones and the playground areas organised around the natural levels of the ground.
Respecting the local environment and using local sourced materials have been key criterias through out the project: only local plants will be used, mainly cactus that require little or no irrigation; a local seed called ” lippia” that requires zero water will be the perfect substitute to the traditional green grass. Solar panels will provide hot waters for the garden showers.
